Always being the pioneers of innovation, JCBL is proud to design fully customized container office for Delhi Jal Board. This Sahayata Kendra- a mobile workspace with individual seating area has its own separate entrance, and is equipped with one washroom, waiting area, and other important fittings. These are intended to provide a polished and professional workspace in a safe and climate-controlled environment. The new-age solution has been appreciated for its compact size, high structural strength, and eye-catching design.

More than 25 Caravans designed
to facilitate and revive tourism industry
in Kerala through project Keravan Kerala

Giving a new dimension to tourism industry, this marvel on wheel, designed and developed by JCBL in collaboration with Daimler India Commercial Vehicles and Autobahn Trucking personifies the vision of the project Keravan Kerala. Unlike boats and tour buses before it, the Caravan offers a new way to explore the lush green countryside, an experience that is wholly personalized.

Mobile Planetarium

7 Exhibition Vans designed for ISRO
(Indian Space Research Organisation)

A special purpose vehicle was developed by JCBL for ISRO to commemorate the 100th birthday of Vikram Sarabhai- the creator of this organization. The exhibition van exhibits top milestones achieved in recent years by way of audio visuals and for general public, covering displays of rockets, spaceships, launch vehicles and various space missions like Chandrayaan- 1; Mars Orbiter Mission; Launch vehicles, PSLV, PSLV C45, GSLV; Various defence satellites EMISAT; Communication satellites GSAT 7A, 31; Mars Orbiter Mission.

Ambulances (Life Plus+)

2,000 Ambulances designed for Lilawati Hospital, Mumbai, Fortis Hospital, SML Isuzu, Tata Motors, and Ashok Leyland.

Life Plus+ ambulances are designed to provide complete customized solutions for pre-hospital emergencies while moving patients to the hospital. The vehicle is designed keeping in mind the needs of doctors, nurses, and attendants to provide best and immediate medical care to the patient, enabling hospitals and the government to function more smoothly. A strict emphasis is given to the exterior aesthetics of the vehicle along with the regulatory compliance requirements.

4x4 Ambulances

800 Ambulances designed for Indian Army in 2016

The all-terrain 4x4 ambulances are capable of traversing even the worst of terrains, including high-altitude and desert operating conditions. Key features include - 4 stretchers, HVAC for the patient cabin, a wash basin with a storage water tank, an oxygen delivery system for two patients with a storage cabinet for two oxygen cylinders, an inverter with battery backup, high-intensity spotlights, an insulated water tank, and a refrigerator.

Mobile Hospital

More than 10 Vehicles designed for Health Department, Haryana Government

These specially designed ambulances were supplied to Haryana Government to facilitate “Smile on Wheels”- a state government program, catering to the needs of underprivileged children and women. The program was carried out by the government in identified villages and slums through this well-equipped mobile hospital ferrying a team of specialized doctors, nurses, other medical staff, and medicines to perform small surgeries and delivery procedures for women. This ensured that the benefits of improved health services can become more accessible to the people residing even in the remotest areas.

200 Vehicles for Andhra Pradesh (For Largest ambulance care provider in the world covering 800 million people across India and Sri Lanka)

The HMRI vehicle is an emergency response service designed with a vision to support and enhance capabilities to act and respond promptly in case of emergencies, thus saving the lives of many. Through this, emergency medical technicians can provide pre-hospital care to patient while transporting to hospital for further treatment. It is well designed to carry medical teams more conveniently and is equipped with emergency equipment.
