Staying up to the call of the army, the first 4X4 ambulance on SML chassis was manufactured in the country which became the benchmark design for other manufacturers to follow.

Moving ahead with bigger aspirations, a new brand identity was adopted followed by the launch of our first luxury coach ‘Wave 2000’. The year also witnessed the first bulletproof vehicle manufactured by JCBL in partnership with TATA and VRDE, Ahmedabad.

Currently, we are the leading manufacturers of small and big luxury coaches catering to major OEMs and esteemed transporters in the country. The excellence has also crowned us to be the largest manufacturer of mine proof and bulletproof vehicles, catering to the requirements of military and paramilitary forces.

Villa Mobilay was launched in the motorhomes segment with a vision to provide a home away from home, which was further customized into mobile offices and election campaign vehicles.

Our election campaign vehicles have shown their power with high level of safety in the current elections by making politicians and their convoys more accessible to various remote constituencies.

To cater to the growing demands for high-quality products, our second manufacturing plant was set up with world-class manufacturing standards. Tailored to the modern demands, a range of the safest luxury school buses was launched in the same year.

The plant has grown to manufacture different mobility applications at any given point of time, catering to vivid demands of the customers.

JCBL becomes the first manufacturer in India to develop low floor and low entry buses suitable for the Indian roads.

JCBL houses a certified in-house research centre which continuously innovates design and technology, catering to the needs our customers.

With a quest to build a secure future, a new division for armouring civilian vehicles was started.

Within a few years, we have grown to become the most preferred choice for armouring vehicles under the name JCBL Armouring Solutions converting vehicles of all leading brands into bulletproof fortresses on wheels.

Marking a new era of growth, JCBL manufactures its first intercity Hi-deck integral buses for a leading road transport undertaking.

Currently, we manufacture a wide range of luxury sitting and sleeper, sitting cum sleeper, city, and intercity travel coaches with highly customized and personalised features.

Our passion inspired us to set up one of the most modern plants in the country, manufacturing high quality tippers and soon becoming the first manufacturing plant in India to make deep mining tippers using special steel.

Now, the plant has expanded its size and capabilities, making JCBL the largest manufacturer of tippers in South India, rolling out 4000 tippers a year and catering to the leading OEMs in the country.

JCBL further expands its design expertise to cater to the needs of international customers.

Recently, we executed orders to manufacture armoured vehicles/troop carriers/mobile blood vans for our international customers.

With a commitment to bring more innovations and practical solutions, first in India, semi-low floor mini buses were launched.

A new plant with the largest capacity in the country was set up to manufacture high-quality containers, equipped with state-of-the-art technology and production line.

The plant is currently catering to the demands of major OEMs and private players and has produced more than 2000 containers since its inception.

Advancing on the highway of growth, JCBL sets up the most modern semi-automated petroleum tanker manufacturing plant in India.

Conforming to the global standards, currently, the plant is manufacturing 6 KL to 29 KL – Top and Bottom Loading Petroleum Tankers with highest precision level.

Leveraging on our past experiences and extensive R&D efforts, even during unprecedented times, we extended our efforts and designed a range of COVID-19 mobile healthcare applications to save and enrich lives by making it easier to reach people for testing and to provide essential medical support.

For the first time in India, Autobahn Trucking and Daimler India Commercial Vehicles joined hands with JCBL to bring a whole new dimension to tours and travels to Kerala with a Luxury Caravan designed by JCBL on BharatBenz chassis.

Sahayta Kendra- a container office is a mobile workspace with the convenience of storage built into the floor plan. This office space with seating spaces has its own entrance, which comes with insulation, one washroom, waiting area, and climate control. Setting the benchmark for quality, high customer satisfaction and attention to detail, we are proud to design fully customised Bus for Gujarat Police on SML Isuzu Chassis.

Seeing the increasing requirement of high-quality tankers in the county, we expanded the premises by setting up two new dedicated manufacturing bays – Tanker Bay and Machine Shop to improve productivity and quality, bringing benefits such as shorter delivery times, higher production efficiencies and more dedicated area for existing tipper fabrication, looking at the flow and potential with OEMs and the retail market.
